Raised in Lanikai, Louise Hockaday South conducted the adult choir at Windward United Church of Christ, the teen choir at Kailua United Methodist Church and later served as the music person at Kahalu’u United Methodist before becoming Choir Director at CCU in 2017.
Louise and husband Bill awake to the crowing of Kahalu’u roosters, and go to sleep to the chirping of Ahuimanu frogs.
In between, Louise teaches music at area schools & home studio.
